Welcome to the LGBT Days Vendor and Bed Race Application!

March 10th, 2024

Join us for the 1st Pride in California and be a part of the event itself. Whether it is a retail vendor, food vendor, or just a bed race advocate, this application has it all for you!

Bed Race Application Information

- Assemble a team of 5 people - 4* to push the bed, 1 person to ride.

- One rider is mandatory, and no, your chihuahua doesn't count (but they can ride along!)

- Team members must be 18 years of age or older.

- Come up with a theme or creative way to reflect your team/company/brand and then start designing décor, outfits, accessories for your bed and team.

-Choose either a city-supplied standard bed (picture here); or build your own for high performance and a custom look.

*LGBT Days may be able to help supply volunteer pushers if you are a couple people short - you supply the uniforms so they can blend into your team/theme, and we may be able to help you out! Please check the box in your application below!

Prizes and awards are given out after the Bed Race for the following categories:

The Event is covered by local press and winners photos are included in the post-event release and service to media outlets.

Welcome to the vibrant celebration of diversity at Cathedral City LGBT Days, an exciting festival held in the heart of Cathedral City, California! LGBT Days is the FIRST pride of California and is your gateway to a day filled with love, acceptance, and a whole lot of fun.

  • Vendors will be charged a flat fee with no percentages taken from net profit.
  • Vendors want to decorate a bed race and join us in the event will get a FREE 10'x10' space to advertise, promote, or sell!

Registration Options

Please select your registration option:

  • Vendor Space Application - $150 for Retail - $75 for Non-Profit - $500 for food - $300 for sweets/bakery
  • Bed Race & FREE Vendor Space Application - $FREE
  • Bed Race Application - $FREE

  • You will receive a 10'x10' space for RETAIL for FREE, no tent provided, in exchange for you joining us in our bed race! You will need to decorate and ride in a bed on a cart (cart provided by city)
    If you would like to purchase a tent, power, etc., please add items from the "Add-Ons" section below.

  • You will participate in the annual bed race, cart with wheels provided by city, you provide the rider and decorate your bed for awards and prizes!
